Click on Get Quotes at the top of the page and you will be able to search for your device using the search bar. Alternatively, you can click on the boxes under Device Type, Brand, and Device. Once you’ve found your device, select the issue with your device, and feel free to select multiple issues. Finally, enter your post code at the bottom of the page and click on Get quotes now to bring up a list of quotes from Fixers near you.
The website is entirely free to use to request a quote.
There’s a small chance that there may be more issues with your device that you are unaware of. If this is the case, your chosen Fixer may offer you with a new quote after seeing your device first-hand. However you do not have to accept this new quote and are free to simply go ahead with the original work you wanted doing on your device.
Simply take your device to the Fixer you have requested, whose location details you can find on the job details page. Once your device has been fixed, you will be able to collect your device from the Fixer and conveniently pay for the job there and then.
One of our drivers will collect your device then take it to your chosen Fixer to be repaired. Once the repair is complete, your device will be returned safely straight back to you.
There is a charge of £5 per request for the delivery service. Alternatively, you can use the self-collection service free of charge.
This will vary depending on the amount of work required on your device and how busy your chosen Fixer is. You can contact the Fixer using the messaging system under your Dashboard to find out how long the job will take.
Any completed, pending, and active jobs can be found under your Dashboard. You can access your dashboard by clicking on My Account at the top of the page, providing you are signed in to your account.

All quotes that are initially provided are provisional. Occasionally, the Fixer may find another issue with your device that requires fixing and will therefore offer you another quote based on any new information. However you are not obligated to accept any new quotes offered, and can go along with the job that you initially requested. Feel free to use the chat log to communicate with the Fixer in order to discuss any new issues they may find.
If you have requested the Delivery Service, you will be able to cancel the job providing one our drivers hasn’t picked up your device. If you’ve chosen the self-collection service you can cancel the job providing you have not taken your device to the Fixer. Further details regarding our cancellation policy can be found in our terms & conditions.
Payment for Delivery jobs job must be made via our website. Once your device has been fixed, you will receive a notification letting you know that the job needs to be paid for. Simply go to the appropriate ‘job details’ page on your dashboard, where you will find the payment portal. Your device will then be safely returned to you. Payment for Self-collection jobs must be made with the Fixer when you go to collect your device.
We accept PayPal and debit/credit card payments.
If you have chosen the Self-collection service, you are free to pick up your device from the Fixer. If you have chosen the Delivery service, you will receive your device once you have paid for the job on the website.
Simply visit the appropriate job details page on your dashboard, and select leave a review. Here you can choose a rating out of 5 for each of the 3 categories shown, and leave a comment regarding the Fixer.
